The recently-revised Iowa State University Extension and Outreach publication, "Gardening for Butterflies and Pollinators" is now available. The pamphlet will help you choose plants for your garden that will provide nectar for butterflies, bees and other pollinators, and host plants where butterfly caterpillars will feed. Other garden habitat suggestions include offering shelter for protection, moisture for drinking and rocks for warmth.
